Pricing for IT Services

We price our IT services by an hourly rate. The current will call rate is $125/hr.

Remote Support Pricing

Many issues can be resolved through remote sessions or phone calls. We charge our base rate in 5 minute increments with a minimum of 15 minutes.

Do You Do Windows?

Yes and no. We are an Apple Mac shop. If you have Macs but also have a Windows PC here or there, we can help with that. With networking customers the type of computer is not important, but for the most part with computer issues, we are Mac specialists.
